The SAD thing about my proclamation is that it is with a non-existent movie character. You see, that's the problem with the world and the media today; they create these perfect specimens and ideal situations that you can't help falling in love with their idea of love and how romance should be. (Please forget that I may or may not be working for the company that might be to blame for this... my department is actually the anti- romantic movie department in my opinion.) The reason we get to blame the media, again, is because they are the reason so many people out there just can't find love. Here's what some of my favorite romantic comedies have taught me: Pride and Prejudice- depending on which of the Bennett sisters you most relate to, the person you love will realize how stupid he was to leave you and come back on bended knee; you think a guy is horrid and another is great only to find out it is visa a versa (this has, of course, played out in many female lives.
