I have been really bad at sticking to my health mandated diet for the last little bit. I just really miss meat sometimes. Anyway, due to not sticking to it and using my supplements too much I've just been feeling sick and not happy- well, happy about eating meat, but not happy because it made me all bloated and blah feeling. So this week is my cleanse. All week the only things I will eat will be food that I know I can and no supplement usage this week! So to make this happen I walked to the store today at lunch and got a bunch of things to put in a whole wheat pita.
